  We were Hoffman customers for three years. There were no problems until the very end when I noticed they had double-billed me for one month. In addition to stonewalling and not refunding me the extra money they took from my checking account, they also "lost" our service termination letter and attempted to continue billing/tapping into my funds. Short, rude, unresponsive--I never did get my money back.

  I'm so happy we found them for home security we had tried with adt and they wanted to charge us an arm and a leg for home security they had even charge me the installation before someone had arrived to my house who was just giving me a free quote. I was very disappointed but then my husband had hoffman come over and the lady who arrived was very kind and helpful she didn't try to upsale us she explained to us in detail for the things we wanted and we paid nothing for installation and will only be paying 40 bucks a month to me that's a great deal!
